EnerSIP has been manufacturing SIPs for 24 years. We began by manufacturing SIPs for Plasti-fab, and for the last 21 years have been manufacturing under the EnerSIP name. We are a family-owned business located in Dominion City, Manitoba 5 miles north of the US/Canada border at Pembina, North Dakota.

Engineering

EnerSIP has partnered with Earthen Concepts & Developing (EC&D) in a technical engineering capacity to deliver high-impact results to our clients within the United States. EC&D is a specialty building/contracting firm, utilizing energy efficient components and materials. EC&D has worked with leading associations such as the Structural Insulated Panel Association (SIPA) as well as the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the Energy Efficient Building Association (EEBA) to promote deliberately energy efficient green building.

For over 44 years EC&D has worked as an industry leader within the Design/Build industry and has been an outspoken voice in the energy-efficient energy building methodology for both commercial and residential construction in a local, regional and national capacity.

Terms

When you sign a contract with us, we require a down payment of 1/3 of the total project cost. The balance is due when the panels are delivered.

Freight

We use common carriers to deliver your panels. We also clear the panels through US Customs and Border Protection so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of clearing them yourself.
